OLIVIA’S IBIZA KITCHEN is our family project. A place in the heart of Santa Gertrudis where you can share healthy, Mediterranean and local food, cooked by our chefs, Dani and Alejandro, with love and care.
With this premise, Dani and Alejandro have come up with a wide-ranging and fresh concept.
Dani Rei is Galician and has worked for more than ten years in well-known restaurants that have made Spanish gastronomy a world reference, so it is no coincidence that we have chosen him as our chef.
Fresh grilled fish, two of Alejandro’s rice dishes, one of them vegetarian and gluten-free, a selection of local and national meats —the Lebanese-style Ibizencan lamb is a guaranteed success— and vegetable-based dishes.
A variety of healthy and nutritious salads with grilled vegetables, marinated salmon or cereals for simple midday meals. Before going to the beach or for a full lunch with friends.
