As the years pass, Can Pujolet is still our home. A typical Ibizan country house, especially old and spacious, which my mother, over more than 30 years, has turned into the most charming rural hotel on the island. It has managed to maintain the essence of the mid-eighteenth century while managing to provide all the modern comforts to ensure the well-being of our guests. As a young man, I saw our house as the perfect summer vacation spot for celebrities or for a writer to write his best book. Today I think that this rural hotel is the ideal refuge for anyone who wants to escape from the world for a few days and return with a completely renewed sense of energy and vitality.

If you sleep in guest room number 6 you should know that this was my own room during my childhood. Room number 1 is where I had breakfast with my brothers before going to the village school.

Can Pujolet is a place where you can breathe and experience a genuine and authentic location in one of the most rural and wild corners of Ibiza, minutes away by car drive from everything that this magical island has to offer.

When I began to write about Can Pujolet I asked all my family what was their favourite room. I was surprised that all the answers were different.

It is difficult to choose one of the 10 rooms as the most beautiful, as they are all unique and each has its own charm. As the years go by it continues to give us satisfaction to see how our guests enjoy their vacations in the same house, but each one enjoying an intimate and unique space.

All the rooms share the same sense of style and beauty and have the same services: wi-fi, air conditioning, a minibar, television, ample storage, central heating, private bathroom and a door to the great outdoors. They are priced according to room size, but in all of them you will enjoy the experience of a traditional Ibizan house.

Where years ago I played between rocks and bushes, there is now a large swimming pool. The perfect place to swim surrounded by olive trees and flowers.

The crystal clear water is as a result of the salt we use instead of chemical products. You will feel like you are swimming in the nearby Mediterranean.

The pool area is dedicated to leisure and relaxation. It has a solarium and covered bar area, where you can order and collect your breakfasts and any homemade food you need during the day, made with products from the Can Pujolet garden or from our neighbours in Santa Inés and San Mateo.
